Can you hold a place before I apply?
No sorry – We process applications in the order they are received 100% completed. If the first completed application is not approved then we will move onto the next one.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, you will have to pay the security deposit within 48 hours of receiving an approved application. The security deposit can be paid online if your move-in date is at least 9 days out from the time your application is approved. Should it be less than 9 days, the security deposit must be paid by money order/cashier's check to our office. Your first month's rent plus any additional fees (pet fees, etc.) must be paid through the tenant portal at least 4 business days before the start of the lease OR it can be paid via money order/cashier's check, up until the day before the lease start date.

How do I pay rent?
Log into your tenant portal and you will be able to pay online.

How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old to apply for a property.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First you need to confirm that the owner and HOA (if applicable) allow pets and what the restrictions are.
If you pet is approved you will have to pay a non refundable $250 pet fee per pet. (exceptions for service animals)

Is renters insurance required?
Yes, all tenants are required to have renters insurance. We do make it easy where you can sign up for coverage
directly from our tenant portal. You are however able to pick your own carrier.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Notify your property manager and they will let you know the next steps.
