    Caleaya's expertise spans a wide spectrum, encompassing areas such as property maintenance, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and financial management.   • Tara Cole, a native of Jacksonville, has been working at CrossView Property Management since 2018. She has been an integral part of improving the policies and procedures which have helped to raise the bar on the level of service we provide. Tara currently lives in Middleburg with her husband and three children.

  • Nicole joined the property management field after spending five years in the eyecare industry, where she developed strong skills in organization, communication, and customer service. Her background has given her a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping others—qualities that translate seamlessly into supporting residents and ensuring properties are well cared for.

    Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with friends, traveling, reading, and enjoying life with her husband, Oty, their son, Henry, and their dog, Zena.

  • With over a decade of experience in client-focused roles, Oty is known for delivering top-tier service with precision and professionalism. He excels in clear communication, attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving, ensuring both owners and tenants receive exceptional service. 

    Outside of work, Oty enjoys day trips with his wife, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his dog, Zena.

  • Debbie is a Jacksonville Native. She’s worked in the banking & mortgage industry for over 15 years which led her to obtain her real estate license and transition into Property Management in 2015.

    She’s managed a portfolio of over 800 single-family homes for a real estate investment trust as well as a portfolio of over 100 single-family and condos for a local real estate brokerage.

    She values the trust her clients place in her and takes great pride in the relationships she builds with both owners and tenants. She’s looking forward to serving you and meeting your property management needs.

  • Jennifer Hendry is the Broker and Steward of CrossView Property Management, proudly serving Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties since 2018. With over 15 years of real estate and investment experience, Jennifer founded CrossView to offer a more personalized, goal-oriented approach to residential property management—one rooted in trust, communication, and results.

    As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), Jennifer holds herself to the highest standards of ethical property management.   • Welcome to CrossView! I spent 27 years in the field of education and am excited about this venture into the real estate world. I am the support for the team at CrossView and am here to do whatever I can to make your transaction smooth.

    I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother to nine great-kids. I love to craft and sing in a local women’s chorale. Singing is great for the soul. My faith in Christ is what keeps me grounded and gives me a passion to serve. I am originally from Alabama but have lived in Jacksonville for 34 years.
