Tara Cole, a native of Jacksonville, has been working at CrossView Property Management since 2018. She has been an integral part of improving the policies and procedures which have helped to raise the bar on the level of service we provide. Tara currently lives in Middleburg with her husband and three children.

Debbie is a Jacksonville Native. She’s worked in the banking & mortgage industry for over 15 years which led her to obtain her real estate license and transition into Property Management in 2015.
She’s managed a portfolio of over 800 single-family homes for a real estate investment trust as well as a portfolio of over 100 single-family and condos for a local real estate brokerage.
She values the trust her clients place in her and takes great pride in the relationships she builds with both owners and tenants. She’s looking forward to serving you and meeting your property management needs.

Welcome to CrossView! I spent 27 years in the field of education and am excited about this venture into the real estate world. I am the support for the team at CrossView and am here to do whatever I can to make your transaction smooth.
I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother to nine great-kids. I love to craft and sing in a local women’s chorale. Singing is great for the soul. My faith in Christ is what keeps me grounded and gives me a passion to serve. I am originally from Alabama but have lived in Jacksonville for 34 years.
