Caleaya has over seven years of dedicated service in the property management industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and delivering outstanding results. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has cemented her reputation as a reliable and trusted professional in the field.
Caleaya's expertise spans a wide spectrum, encompassing areas such as property maintenance, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and financial management. Her keen attention to detail ensures that properties under her supervision are meticulously maintained and adhere to the highest standards of quality.
What truly distinguishes Caleaya is her exceptional interpersonal skills and innate ability to build robust relationships with both tenants and property owners. Outside of her professional life, Caleaya is an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to organizations like The Salvation Army and Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center, where she supports disabled students and imparts practical life skills.

Jennifer is a Clay County native and has been in the Real Estate industry since 2012. She has spent time living in many areas of Northeast Florida enjoying all the recreation and beauty it has to offer, making her suited to provide you with a unique perspective of the area. Jennifer has earned real-life experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and legal agreements. Coupled with a genuine love for Property Management and her home state of Florida she is very excited to help with all your property management needs.
She is direct, honest, and able to expertly maneuver through the twists and turns of local real estate without ever missing a beat. Thanks to her calm demeanor, relaxed confidence, and engaging spirit, her customers find the whole experience fun and rewarding from start to finish. Behind Jennifer's charismatic charm is a smart, tough, serious, and very successful master of real estate, who sees the world as she knows it should be and then works to help make it happen. She has earned the respect and admiration of her fellow coworkers as well as owners and tenants alike.
Jennifer is married and has three boys. She enjoys the beach and playing golf.

Tara Cole, a native of Jacksonville, has been working at CrossView Property Management since 2018. She has been an integral part of improving the policies and procedures which have helped to raise the bar on the level of service we provide. Tara currently lives in Middleburg with her husband and three children.

Jennifer started her career as an intern with a national home builder while completing her degree in Investment Finance from the University of North Florida. After graduation, she obtained several state licenses, including real estate, and spent the next few years selling new construction homes.
In 2016, Jennifer decided to move into general real estate and became a broker, opening CrossView Realty. In 2018, CrossView Property Management opened. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her customers, agents, and employees of the CrossView family.
Jennifer is a devoted wife and mother to two amazing children. She ensures that all she does stems from her faith in Jesus Christ.

Scott’s primary focus is working with our home watch customers and preforming our visual inspections. When he is not out in the field he focuses his time on supporting the rest of the CrossView team.

Debbie is a Jacksonville Native. She’s worked in the banking & mortgage industry for over 15 years which led her to obtain her real estate license and transition into Property Management in 2015.
She’s managed a portfolio of over 800 single-family homes for a real estate investment trust as well as a portfolio of over 100 single-family and condos for a local real estate brokerage.
She values the trust her clients place in her and takes great pride in the relationships she builds with both owners and tenants. She’s looking forward to serving you and meeting your property management needs.

Welcome to CrossView! I spent 27 years in the field of education and am excited about this venture into the real estate world. I am the support for the team at CrossView and am here to do whatever I can to make your transaction smooth.
I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother to nine great-kids. I love to craft and sing in a local women’s chorale. Singing is great for the soul. My faith in Christ is what keeps me grounded and gives me a passion to serve. I am originally from Alabama but have lived in Jacksonville for 34 years.
