That’s why we’ve chosen to publish our pricing below. Recognizing that each property is unique, we’ve made efforts to be clear and straightforward with our pricing structure. However, in certain cases, particularly with our home watch program, an in-person assessment may be necessary for an accurate service price.

$O UPFRONT FEES

  • 50% of one month’s rent

    **Minimum of $900

  • 10% of rent collected

    $150 one time fee when taking on a new property that already has a tenant in place.

  • 90% Goes to Owner

    (should a tenant break their lease early and they selected a break fee when they signed their lease)

  • 100% Goes to Owner

  • If a tenant does not fulfill their initial lease term due to reasons such as breaking their lease or a military transfer, we will prorate your leasing fee for the following tenant.
