What we check (customizable):

Exterior walk-around (doors, windows, lanai, screens, visible roofline, storm debris),
Interior scan (water intrusion, humidity, leaks, mold/mildew, odors),
Systems (A/C set points, breakers, water shutoff, water heater vacation mode),
Appliances & plumbing (toilets flushed, traps primed, dishwasher/ice maker run),
Irrigation & pest indicators,
Mail/package collection and photo documentation.

Storm & seasonal services:

Pre-storm prep and post-storm assessments with photo/video,
Vendor coordination (shutters, roofers, pool service, remediation),
Arrival prep (fridge on, linens aired, basic provisioning by request),
Departure checklists (water off, breakers as directed).
