What types of properties does CrossView Property Management manage?

CrossView Property Management manages single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and small multi-family properties — up to four units on a single property — across Jacksonville, FL and throughout Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties.

Our Core Property Types

CrossView works with a straightforward range of residential rental properties:

Single-family homes — Our bread and butter. The majority of our 130-plus property portfolio across Northeast Florida consists of standalone rental homes in Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns, and Nocatee.

Condos — We manage individually owned condo units rented to long-term tenants. If you own a condo in Jacksonville FL and want professional management without the hassle, we've got you covered.

Townhomes — A growing segment of Northeast Florida's rental inventory, particularly in St. Johns County and Clay County. We manage these the same way we manage everything else — thoroughly and consistently.

Small multi-family (up to 4 units) — Duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes fall within our management scope. If you own a small multi-family property in Duval, Clay, or St. Johns County, we can help.

What We Don't Manage

Larger apartment complexes — properties with more than four units under one roof — are outside our service model. CrossView Property Management is built specifically for residential investors and individual property owners, not large-scale commercial apartment operations. That focus is intentional, and it's what keeps our service quality consistent across every property we manage.

Not Sure If Your Property Qualifies?

If you own a rental property in Northeast Florida and aren't sure whether it fits our model, just ask. CrossView Property Management has been serving Jacksonville FL owners since 2018, and we're always happy to have an honest conversation about fit.
