How Often Will You Hear From CrossView Property Management?

How much communication should you expect from a Jacksonville property manager?

At CrossView Property Management, communication scales to what's happening with your property — with consistent monthly reporting as the baseline and more frequent touchpoints whenever your property needs attention.

What You Can Count On Every Month

Every owner receives a monthly statement that breaks down income, expenses, and any activity on your property. At year-end, you'll receive an annual statement to support your tax preparation. These go out reliably — no chasing us down for your numbers.

Beyond that, we try to communicate the way you prefer. Email, text, or phone — just tell us what works best and we'll default to that.

When You'll Hear from Us Most

The busiest communication window is between tenants. When a tenant gives notice, we reach out to walk you through the timeline, any repairs or make-ready items the property needs, and then keep you updated on showings and interest as we work to place your next tenant.

Renewal time is another active window. We don't renew a lease without your explicit approval first. That's your investment — that decision belongs to you.

If something comes up mid-tenancy that needs your input or awareness, we'll reach out then too. You won't be left guessing.

You Won't Get Lost in the Shuffle

We're intentional about how many properties each property manager carries. The reason is simple: an overloaded manager can't give owners the attention they deserve. We keep those numbers manageable so that when you have a question or need a callback, it actually happens.

Owners in Jacksonville, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, and across Northeast Florida deserve a property manager they can actually reach — and that's something we take seriously.
